Returns & Exchanges

The Shop at The Broad offers returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that certain limited-edition items and clearance merchandise are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
